Real Hamburgueria
The originality of the restaurant created by Marco Cabaço and Sónia Costa stands out, right on the menu, displayed on a huge blackboard, at the entrance of Real Hamburgueria. Among the names on the menu are the “Troika” (€ 4.50) which, as the name implies, is one of the simplest, suitable for those who do not want or cannot eat beyond their means. Then there are the most advantageous, such as the “Portas Submarine” (€ 7), one of the most sought after, served in a concave dish that carries the chorizo burger, accompanied by tomato, island cheese, bacon, parsley, all watered with cream sauce.
Deciding to show a little of the flavors of each region of the country, there is also the “Tripeiro” (€ 8), the “Azores” (€ 6), the “Chaparro” (€ 7,50), the “Careto” (€ 7) or the “Adamastor” (€ 13). And to help boost the local economy and build friendships with the neighborhood, all the main products of each dish are sourced from nearby shops, from stalk to fruit store to grocery store.
